No complaints there, except that 10 minutes after I walked in the A/C stopped. Once I got to my room, it was nice and clean. I've been to many hotels and the worst I've encountered is that you check in and wait for your room to become available. I was exhausted (and sick) so I chose "early check-in". When I asked what would happen if I checked my bags and waited to check in later, I was told I'd have to wait in the line which had grown ever longer behind me. ![]() After a failed attempt at my kiosk, I waited longer to talk to someone who told me the charge was $60 for early check-in. "Checking in" means either grabbing one of the many kiosks or waiting even longer for the few human beings (I counted 3) that were available. So, I waited in line for 30 minutes to find out. ![]() I was told they'd asked for an early check-in but weren't guaranteed it. ![]() I was there as part of a convention happening at the nearby, supposedly sister, location, Caesar's Forum. I'll stay away from being negative and just give a description of my experience which is bad enough.
